E-Certification Portal for CEMILAC, DRDO
Project Overview
NetCreativeMind Technologies Pvt. Ltd. partnered with the Centre for Military Airworthiness and Certification (CEMILAC), a premier establishment under the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), to design and develop a secure, scalable, and fully digital E Certification Portal.
The goal of the project was to digitize the airworthiness certification process for military aircraft, components, and systems — replacing manual workflows with an online system that ensures efficiency, transparency, and traceability at every stage.
The solution empowers CEMILAC to manage certification requests from multiple stakeholders, track progress in real time, and maintain strict compliance with the Ministry of Defence’s digital governance and data security standards.
This digital transformation aligns with the Government of India’s “Digital India” and “Ease of Doing Business” initiatives, helping DRDO and its partners accelerate defence innovation and reduce administrative delays.
