Job Description :
We are looking for a motivated IT Desktop Support Intern to assist in handling day-to-day technical support and system maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide basic desktop and laptop troubleshooting support
- Install and configure operating systems (Windows)
- Install software and drivers
- Assist in network setup and basic connectivity issues
- Support printer installation and troubleshooting
- Maintain system inventory and documentation
- Assist senior IT team in hardware and software maintenance
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking
- Understanding of Windows OS installation and configuration
- Knowledge of MS Office and common software tools
- Good problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of LAN/WAN
Qualification:
- B.Tech / BCA / MCA / Diploma in IT / Computer Science
