Job Description:
- End-to-end HR recruitment for Govt/PSU/NIC projects, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
- Strong experience in bulk hiring, contract hiring, and staff augmentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and Govt officials to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain candidate database, daily MIS, and recruitment reports.
- Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
