Job Description:

  • End-to-end HR recruitment for Govt/PSU/NIC projects, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
  • Strong experience in bulk hiring, contract hiring, and staff augmentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and Govt officials to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
  • Maintain candidate database, daily MIS, and recruitment reports.
  • Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Experience : Minimum 3 (Must have experience in hiring for Government Clients / NIC / PSU / State departments).
