JOB DESCRIPTION

• Should have good knowledge of Excel to maintain and update reports, with knowledge of Power BI being a plus.
• Manage work order documentation, purchase records, renewal tracking, fund-flow tracker, Zoho CRM reports and other key operational data.
• Follow up on payment collections, Bank Guarantees (BG), and Earnest Money Deposits (EMD) to ensure timely compliance.
• Prepare clear management reports for decision-making and coordinate with teams to improve operational efficiency.
