Net Creative Mind Solutions Pvt. Ltd. was engaged by National Informatics Centre Services Inc. (NICSI) for the redevelopment of the Postal Life Insurance (PLI) website for the Directorate of Postal Life Insurance.
The engagement focused on revamping the existing web platform with improved website structure, user interface, technical implementation, content support, quality assurance, and security compliance. The project involved a multidisciplinary team comprising senior developers, UI design resources, content/technical writers, a quality expert, project management, and security expertise.
The engagement also included security audit clearance and GIGW compliance certification, with defined milestone-based activities covering SRS and homepage design, agency-server UAT, user-server UAT with Safe-to-Host certification, and STQC website quality certification.
