NetCreativeMind Technologies Pvt. Ltd. designed, developed, and implemented the E-Certification Portal for the Centre for Military Airworthiness & Certification (CEMILAC), a premier certification authority under DRDO, responsible for airworthiness and safety evaluation of military airborne systems.
- Project Scope
The project was conceived to address the limitations of manual, paper-based certification and legacy application silos by adopting a next-generation Electronic Content Management (ECM) (New-Gen) and Business Process Management (BPM)–driven framework. The solution digitised and automated the end-to-end airworthiness certification lifecycle, transforming traditional file and correspondence handling into a secure, transparent, and workflow-oriented digital ecosystem.
The E-Certification Portal provides a common, configurable, and unified platform for CEMILAC and associated Design/Development Agencies to submit applications, manage documentation, track certification cases, and monitor service timelines. By replacing manual file movement with electronic file and correspondence management(New-Gen), the portal ensures improved visibility, accountability, and turnaround time (TAT) definition across certification processes.
The system integrates document management(New-Gen), workflow automation(New-Gen), records lifecycle management, and secure correspondence tracking, enabling real-time status monitoring, role-based decision making, and comprehensive reporting for senior management and stakeholders. Hosting on DRDO-compliant secure infrastructure, the portal adheres to enterprise-grade security, governance, and compliance requirements while aligning with Government of India digital transformation initiatives.
