Ltd. implemented a comprehensive Facility Management Services (FMS) and technical support framework for the existing RTI Portal of RajCOMP Info Services Limited (RISL). The engagement was designed to ensure continuous availability, functional stability, and performance optimization of the RTI Portal while supporting statewide adoption and long-term sustainability of the platform through structured operational and technical assistance.
The project enabled uninterrupted support for end-to-end RTI workflows, including application submission, appeals, complaints, document verification, hearings, reporting, and MIS generation across multiple user roles.
