LITES 3.0 is a unified digital platform proposed for the Justice Department, Government of Rajasthan, to manage the complete lifecycle of litigation cases. It aims to enhance efficiency, transparency, and real-time monitoring of legal matters across courts and administrative levels through streamlined, technology-driven processes.

The Justice Department, Government of Rajasthan, requires a comprehensive system to manage the entire lifecycle of litigation cases filed by or against the department. The proposed platform, LITES 3.0, is intended to streamline and digitize all litigation-related activities, enabling efficient monitoring, timely tracking, and transparent management of legal matters across various courts and administrative levels. 

The objective is to improve legal process efficiency, strengthen monitoring mechanisms, support accurate real-time reporting, enhance coordination among officers and legal representatives, and ensure better compliance with court timelines.

The business need arises from the department’s requirement to manage growing litigation complexity, maintain updated case records, reduce delays, enable systematic escalation workflows, and ensure secure, verifiable, and timely handling of litigation processes.
