Ltd. was engaged by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) for the design, development, deployment, and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of a secure regulatory add-on application to streamline ISP and TSP onboarding, plan approval management, and regular performance data submission.
The project focused on delivering a workflow-driven and compliance-aligned digital portal enabling service providers to register online, while allowing TRAI administrators to review, approve, and upgrade plans through a controlled regulatory mechanism.
