Job Description :
To drive content creation, SEO, social media, and paid marketing initiatives, ensuring improved search visibility, website traffic, brand positioning, and consistent lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage high-quality digital content including website pages, presentations, brochures, blogs, and marketing materials aligned with business offerings and branding.
- Handle organic SEO activities, including keyword optimization, on-page and off-page SEO, and continuous improvement of search rankings.
- Manage and execute social media promotion strategies, particularly on LinkedIn, to increase engagement, brand awareness, and audience reach.
- Plan and manage paid marketing activities, including guest postings, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital campaigns to enhance visibility and generate leads.
- Optimize campaigns and strategies to improve SEO rankings, website traffic, and conversion rates.
- Track and analyze campaign and website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console and provide actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities for content improvement, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing, website content, and business objectives.
- Ensure smooth website updates, performance monitoring, and issue coordination.
- Drive and support lead generation initiatives through multiple digital channels.
Core Skills & Expertise
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing / SEO roles.
- Strong experience in SEO (on-page, off-page, and link-building/guest posting strategies).
- Hands-on experience in social media marketing (LinkedIn preferred).
- Knowledge of paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and performance tracking tools.
- Strong understanding of content creation for websites and marketing assets.
- Good communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing / SEO / Google Ads (preferred).
