Job Description :
To drive lead generation, client engagement, and revenue growth by identifying opportunities from existing clients, inbound channels, and outbound outreach through email, calls, and direct interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads from existing clients, contacts, and inbound inquiries.
- Execute inside sales activities including email outreach, cold/warm calling, and follow-ups.
- Handle and convert inbound leads into potential business opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and client segments to expand the sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales funnel with consistent tracking and follow-ups.
- Conduct client meetings (virtual/in-person) to understand requirements and present solutions.
- Develop and share business proposals, quotations, and contracts to drive conversions.
- Maintain and regularly update the client database and CRM records.
- Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, delivery) to align sales strategies and offerings.
- Ensure effective client servicing and relationship management for repeat business and upselling.
Core Skills & Expertise
- 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development / Lead Generation roles.
- Strong experience in email outreach, cold calling, and client handling.
- Ability to generate leads from existing clients, references, and inbound channels.
- Good understanding of B2B sales cycles and client engagement strategies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in proposal creation, deal closure, and revenue generation.
- Ability to manage sales pipeline, CRM tools, and reporting.
- Analytical mindset with ability to track performance and improve conversions.
