NetCreativeMind Solutions Pvt. Ltd. was awarded the project for the design, development, hosting and maintenance of the PRAAPTI Web Portal and Mobile Application. The initiative is aimed at providing a centralized digital platform for improving transparency in power procurement, invoicing, payment tracking and outstanding dues management.
The proposed solution covers a complete digital lifecycle—from requirement analysis and development of the new web portal and Android/iOS applications to cloud provisioning, database migration, security, deployment and long-term operations and maintenance.

The platform addresses the need for a centralized mechanism to manage invoice submission, approval, payment recording and related financial information across participating entities.
Limited Visibility of Outstanding Dues
The solution provides dashboards, reports and alerts to help stakeholders track outstanding payments and overdue amounts more effectively.
Complex Stakeholder Workflows
Different stakeholder categories require different access levels and functions. The proposed role-based access mechanism separates permissions for Generators, DISCOMs, administrators and PFCCL.
Managing Invoice Disputes and Queries
A centralized query redressal mechanism was proposed to track queries from submission through resolution, while maintaining interaction and status records for monitoring and audit purposes.
Migration Without Disrupting Data Availability
The existing PRAAPTI database needs to be migrated to the new hosting environment with validation, backup, reporting and correction mechanisms to maintain data integrity.
