RISL DMS ATS & Onsite Support Project
- Project Scope
NetCreativeMind Technologies Pvt. Ltd. designed and delivered a comprehensive Annual Technical Support (ATS) and onsite support framework for the existing Newgen-based Document Management System (DMS) for RajCOMP Info Services Limited (RISL). The project was aimed at strengthening digital governance by ensuring uninterrupted availability, performance optimization, and long-term sustainability of the state’s enterprise-wide DMS platform through structured technical support and expert operational assistance.
The engagement enabled seamless support for core document management functions such as document creation, digitization, indexing, storage, retrieval, archival, and file movement tracking across departments. The solution supported critical DMS components including OmniDocs, OmniScan Web, and the File Tracking System (FTS), facilitating the transition from manual file handling to standardized, paperless document workflows while enhancing transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency.
